This life is a strange one, sometimes everything is going right… or almost, sometimes everything is going wrong. However, one thing that I have learnt from experience is that it is always what it is – it is us who haven’t adapted or adjusted to this phenomenal world.
O Ashiqua, the song, teaches me the inherent value of the spiritual experience of love. When you are in love, it’s like your soul is in flow – happiness and distress become inexistent because life itself is an expression of love. Wherever it takes you, you have your faith, your lord and your beloved’s memory or experience. These things are eternal and together enable us to have a divine experience in this world or elsewhere.
It matters little that today my beloved is not with me, it is with me all the time – I feel it. This is why I seek it. However, since it is not outside but within, whenever I seek it outside into the material realm, I don’t find it. How can something so precious be found just about anywhere? I believe it is hidden, I believe it is secret, and the fact that it lives within my soul – with my soul – means that it is protected. Imagine your beloved wife experiencing the vagaries of this world…? You saved her from this experience, it is an act of sacrifice.
Then again, somewhere in here is the expression of that divine love, a token sent from the Divine Mother.
Her Son, I am. This is the most wondrous discovery, the most wondrous feeling, the most wondrous fortune. To find her and be able to say, I am a Son of God, I am a Son of Vishnu because I have experienced spiritual love, I'm uniquely fortunate. The love, empowerment, knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, comfort that comes from it is quintessential.
Now I can express that love in the phenomenal world... I shall every day cherish and worship Sri Sri Radha & Krishna's nuptial love, keep it sacred, and intact and celebrate it in my consciousness always day in eternity...
